A highly established and renowned independent hearing care provider has a rare opportunity for an Audiologist/RHAD to join them in Glasgow on a part-time basis with potential to work in multiple clinics whilst enjoying competitive remuneration structure with a basic salary of up to £35,000 with a generous OTE commission scheme of up to £50,000

Working alongside a highly experienced and long standing team of qualified Audiology professionals, you will join a practice where the number one priority is to maintain the highest of clinical standards to ensure all patients receive the best outcome for their hearing

Taking a more approachable stance of quality over quantity, you will have the time to spend with your customers, giving them the best experience, and taking away the quick fire selling aspect you may find else where

If you are a clinical Audiologist who is keen to join a practice with a friendly and relaxed work environment, working with the high-end testing equipment in a boutique practice then this could be the role for you

Key Duties

* A flexible part-time role with working hours 9am-5:30pm, ensuring a superb work life balance is obtained
* An opportunity to work 3-4 days per week with a scope to help grow the practices which could bolster your working week to 5 working days
* You will be expected to cover different practice sites in surrounding areas with usual commute times around 30 mins - 1 hour to each practice
* There is a unique focus on providing value through a tailored and bespoke service, by ensuring each individual consultation is treated with enthusiasm and the up most care to go above and beyond all customer expectations
* A focus on building long-term relationships with clients to ensure they do return or that word of mouth is very positive rather than a focus on just sales. Customer is once again at the forefront of our approach and demeanor

Package and Benefits

* Fully negotiable salary depending on experience up to circa £35,000 + car allowance, with OTE being closer to £50000
Bonus based upon practice performance and not individual conversions
* 34 days holiday a year, inlcuding bank holidays (practice is shut bank holidays and Sundays)
* Professional fees paid for
* Multiple options for progression/development including further clinical courses that can be paid for by the practice

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Registered with the HCPC
* Possess the right to work in the UK
* All levels of experience considered as practice in genuinely supportive and offer excellent on-boarding/induction to all new starters
