Treatment Co-ordinator (63017)

A new opportunity has become available for a Treatment Coordinator to join an established, independent practice located in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

Start date - As soon as possible.

This role is to work full time, working hours/days are to be discussed further with the practice.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a TCO to join a newly formed Dental Service within a cosmetic surgery clinic setting.
You will be responsible for delivering the best patient journey, managing the end to end treatment referral process and supporting the wider practice team to offer choice and support for our patients.

For this role you will be someone who has the confidence to approach new patients and drive our business forward. Experience in Dentistry is a must and you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set with further training and post qualifications.

Skills:
• Knowledge of all dental cosmetic treatments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing five star patient care
• To provide high quality dental nursing whilst assisting dentists or hygienist , as required
• Ensuring efficient day to day management of the dental business
• Stock Ordering
• Ability to convert enquiries into bookings

Tasks:
• To provide complimentary assessments to relevant patients (based on patient profile) to discuss their needs and treatments /financial options that are available
• Ensure marketing materials and campaigns are fully utilised to ensure maximum success at external events.
• Support and educate patients on their individual treatment plans for given diagnosis
• Utilise social medial platforms to reach out to patients and broaden practice exposure
• Assist Dentists when needed
• Ensuring the Dental Policies in respect of cross infection control and Health & Safety matters are monitored and maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
• To keep accurate records and ensure the recording methods are used in line with agreed practice policy
• Ensuring efficient day to day management of the surgery

Experience/Qualifications:
• Essential experience with GDC registration
• Full Qualification and CPD record
• Dental nursing experience and qualification of at least 3 years in cosmetic dentistry
• Up to date and in depth knowledge of all cross infection and CQC requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a TCO role
