We are looking for a Neurosurgical Territory Sales Manager to join a fantastic team working in the North East of England, including Hull.

Are you looking for a fresh challenge and have sales pedigree in the hospital setting, particularly with surgical exposure? We are currently supporting an outstanding brand who are looking for a talented sales professional to initially cover a fix term 12 month contract on a high performing territory. Although there are no guarantees, this business recognises talent and it is extremely common for people to remain within the business post contract as they are such a huge entity.

I have previously placed numerous people who have remain, one individual in particular has had 3 promotions within 5 years and has excelled so my advice would be - dont be put off by the contract nature! The business holds an excellent market position with a strong portfolio with multiple new product releases due for 2022.

In this role you will be working in the theatre setting providing key case support, surgeon guidance and delivering full territory management to deliver continued excellent results. You will deliver the full sales cycle, identifying new clients expanding existing relationships and managing the territory as your own.

You also get a direct % of ALL sales delivered on territory - thanks to the existing footprint in this region you will earn over £32k in bonus alone, just from current business with no cap!

Experience of selling in the theatre setting is strongly preferred for this role.

* You will receive market leading training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources

Package and Benefits

* £35k Basic
