Salaried GP Job, Kettering

Salaried GP or Salaried GP with view to Partnership, excellent training practice near Kettering, paying up to £11,250 per session
We are recruiting for a fantastic training practice within a commutable distance of Kettering who are looking to recruit a Salaried GP with the opportunity to have a defined view to Partnership, if desired. The practice has a large patient list size with a large clinical team which consists of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurses and lots of other Allied Health Professionals.
You would be working in modern purpose built premises with excellent facilities and they have exciting plans for further expansion of their clinical space in the coming years. Your workload is very well managed with very little paperwork for GPs to carry out and no home visits to undertake. They are a high earning Partnership, so there is the opportunity to develop your role as a GP Partner, if you wish. They pay a competitive sessional rate to Salaried GPs.

Key Duties

* 4-8 sessions a week available, flexible on days
* Large patient list size with fantastic clinical support team in place
* Modern purpose built premises with excellent facilities
* Training practice where there is a strong emphasis on education
* Manageable workload with little paperwork for GPs to do and no home visits
* GMS Contract
* EMIS Web
* CQC - Good

Package and Benefits

* £10,350-£11,250 per session, dependent on experience and responsibility taken on
* Indemnity paid
* 6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
* 1 week study leave (pro rata)
* NHS Pension enrolment
* Partnership available in a high earning practice, if desired

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
