Independent Optometrist Role, Wimborne

A rare opportunity has just become available with a friendly, established independent practice based near Wimborne who are looking to add an Optometrist to their tenured team.
This can either be a full or part-time opportunity, with working days fully negotiable and scope for weekend flexibility which can be discussed.
The practice itself is well-established and has an excellent reputation in the area, leading to regular returning patients and enabling a low pressured environment with minimal focus given to KPI's and targets.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an Optometrist who is patient focussed, as the practice places an emphasis service and patient care to ensure the best outcome for each patients eyesight.
If you have any given specialisms or qualifications you wish to use to their full extent, the practice are very happy to tailor the role to the individual, offering great levels of autonomy compared to your usual role.
Finally in this role you will work closely with the practice owners who still work full-time and are very much open to any ideas you have to improve the practice to your preference.

Key Duties

* Full or part-time hours considered
* Working out of an established independent practice based near Wimborne
* Days available from Monday-Saturday, however weekend working is negotiable
* Excellent reputation in the area
* Accrued a loyal patient base with a less sales driven, pressure free environment
* Testing times of 30-45 minutes enabling high quality patient care
* They truly believe in running an opticians that builds close relationships with patients and staff to achieve a more long term goal
* Supported at all times by qualified Dispensing Opticians and experienced support team
* Using a paperless patient management system
* Equipment includes an OCT and Henson Screener amongst more
