We are currently working on a fantastic hybrid Marketing / Sales role to help support the continued growth of this market leading portfolio across the UK.

Our client is an instantly recognisable multi award winning global device manufacturer who can offer individuals outstanding career progression, development and training. They are world renowned, have outstanding product ranges across multiple specialities and are widely regarded as the market leader.

In this role you will be working in collaboration with internal sales and marketing team to assist them in positioning these products as the go to solutions within foot and ankle surgery. You will attend meetings with KOL's, gather feedback, work towards commercial targets and refine the offering both internally and externally to continue the success of this amazing division.

Hospital sales experience is essential for the role and you have a keen interest in marketing

Key Duties

* Growing an existing portfolio and generate annual sales within the division.
* Gather and collate competitive information to drive insights and understand the validity of a targeted sales approach.
* Develop contingency plans in the event of a supply chain interruption and prioritise key selling opportunities through account blueprinting
* Key Opinion Leader interaction and development.
* Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
* Lead the development of new promotional channels and tools including; improving proficiency in virtual training and engagement, utilising social media platforms and helping evolve our systems and tools of communication.
* Gather market intelligence through the field.
* Manage the local process for delivering to market
* Liaise with loan kit team to ensure demand/need is being met with loan kit fleet.
* Become product advocate and build a strong partnership with other sales colleagues.
* Collaborate where appropriate with other internal products divisions.
* Take a creative approach to new business development for both current and future technologies and platforms.

Specific 2022 objectives:

* Define a clear, segmented UK; short, medium, long term plan for ongoing growth of new patient specific surgical technology.
* Assist in developing and delivering cross-divisional strategy
* Execute key product launch
* Ensure biologics brands are trained on thoroughly, identifying potentially overlooked opportunities that may drive revenue locally.

Package and Benefits

* £42- £58k Basic - Depending on experience
* Bonus - Circa £15-30k year one
* Car Allowance or Executive level company car
* Pension, training, medical

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements

* Bachelor's degree or experience in biologics, marketing, business, technology or related discipline would be beneficial.
* A marketing qualification would be looked upon favourably but not essential.
* Ability to manage multiple projects whilst delivering on established sales targets
* Ideally product knowledge in the lower extremity segment and preferably ankle replacement products.
* Demonstrate project work that delivered a tangible and beneficial outcome
