GP Practice Manager Role, Manchester

Full time GP Practice Manager, Manchester £30,000-£45,0000, successful GMS Practice (must have primary care management experience)

Please read on if you wish to work in a surgery in Manchester that is long-established and provides the environment for an experienced GP Practice Manager to work with high levels of autonomy in decision making. The practice has a very stable and friendly team of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and a large IT and Admin team to support a patient population of over 15,000 patients.

Key Duties

* Full time role
* Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the practice and facilities
* Required to oversee recruitment as required for both clinical and clerical staff
* Working closely with the GP Partners to devise and implement ongoing plans for practice development
* On-site parking
* Over 15,000 patients
* EMIS Web practice software
* Very stable, friendly and cohesive team
* Clear support to develop career and possibility to become a non-clinical Partner in the future
