Practice Manager (63696)

This striving company are looking to recruit for a Practice Manager, to work in a Practice in the Hampshire region.

This position is to work at their Lee on The Solent practice.

Full time position, working 40 hours per week.

Practice operates:
Mondays : 8.30-7pm
Tuesdays to Fridays : 8.30-5pm

Start date: ASAP.

Experience: Management experience would be required. Dental experience would also be preferable, however they will consider candidates with management experience, within the Health sector.

Training: Full training will be provided

Suitable applicants will be responsible:
-To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
-Dealing with Rotas
-Confirming Holidays
-To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.
-Submitting UDAS

Employment Duties:
-To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
Managing and motivating staff
Assisting practice manager with managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies
Working in a fully computerised practice using SOE software
Compliance with CQC regulations
Stock and inventory control
Helping with managing of dentist’s diaries and UDA targets
Induction of support staff and dentists

This is a busy practice, Fully equipped with Digital Xrays in place and Rotary Endo on site as well as a Hygienist.

Pay: Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
