Patient Co-ordinator (61856)

PATIENT CO-ORDINATOR, RIPON

We’re looking for a Patient Coordinator to work with us at this well established practice in Ripon

Full time hours:
40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.30

Healthcare or Dental experience is preferable

Practice information:
This practice has been offering dental treatments to patients in Ripon and Harrogate for over 40 years. They offer a range of dental services including general, preventative and cosmetic dentistry.

Location information:
There is free on-street car parking available surrounding the practice, and a centralised bus station is around five-minutes’ walk away.

Practice Co-ordinator responsibilities
•Lead the practice team to assist in the provision of dental care services to patients.
•Comply with the Practice Business Plan and assist the manager in its implementation and delivery at the practice.
•Work with the Clinical Team and other internal departments to ensure the practice remains compliant with the General Dental Council and CQC guidelines, to ensure the delivery of first-class patient care
•Reception duties as required

Practice Co-ordinator skills and experience
•Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
•Strong communication and organisational skills
•Previous administrative experience preferably in a dental or other healthcare environment
•Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
•Dental nursing experience desirable
