Dispensing Optician Role, Near Ely

A well established independent opticians is looking for a Dispensing Optician to join their friendly team of optical professionals located near Ely, just outside of Cambridge, on a full or part time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or non-qualified Dispensing Optician looking to take their career to the next level.

The practice is incredibly highly regarded within the area and pride themselves on offering exceptional patient care. Along with providing high quality dispensing, they also offer a huge variety of high end frames and lenses.

You will be based out of a beautifully furnished practice, fitted with the latest technology. The opticians are located on an excellent high street position, near Ely. This historic cathedral city will provide an outstanding working environment.

Key Duties

* Providing exceptional patient care to maintain the practices excellent reputation
* Midweek hours are 9:00-17:30, Saturdays are 8:20-16:00
* Working Monday - Saturday with a day off midweek
* Working to extended dispensing times, giving half an hour per patient for dispensing
* Offer a variety of top end frames and lenses
* Possibility to work between multiple practice, offering variety to your day to day role
* Based in a modern high end practice, fitted with all the latest technology
* Open to both qualified and non-qualified Dispensing Opticians

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* GOC qualified Dispensing Optician is desirable but not essential
* Have the right to work in the UK
