Seeking a Full-time or Part-Time Pharmacy Manager for a role in Stafford

An incredible Community based Pharmacy is looking for the right candidate to come in and lead the team to success. The successful candidate will be a self-driven; team player who delights in providing good customer service and has a strong business focus.

* Full-time: 40 - 46.5 hours a week
* Part-time: 25.5 (smaller contract Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat) 9:00 - 5:30 and 9:00 - 1:00

A steady paced environment, which currently dispenses approximately 9,500 items per month.
Huge potential for someone to come in and increase these numbers, using their own vision to implement new services and patient population catered wants.
Work alongside a familiar team to keep the loyal customer basis and make great connections in relation to local amenities and GP Surgeries.
Alternate Wednesday 8:30- 18:30, Every Thursday 8:30-18:30 and Friday 08:00 to 18:30

Key Duties

* Embraces change and is able to support an existing team with new and existing business initiatives.
* Take ownership of the business, have a positive "can do" attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy.
* Join the friendly team and focus on providing outstanding patient care and healthcare in your local community.
* Provide seasonal Flu Vaccinations and have a willing to develop and train in any areas that experience is lacking.

* Willing to pay a salary £41,600-£64,077
