Our client is a well-established distributor of surgical medical devices with a reputation for introducing new and innovative technologies to the NHS. Their market focus is primarily minimally invasive surgery within the upper /lower GI, gynaecology, urology and HPB specialities. The core portfolio encompasses intelligent insufflation systems, Laparoscopic consumables, advanced energy, endo-mechanical stapling and paediatric solutions.
Surgical sales in relevant product specialities is required for the role and candidates must live on territory!

Job Summary
In this role the territory manager will be responsible for maintenance and growth of current business as well as expansion of the portfolio across the region.

Key Duties

* Management of all clinical relationships within the region providing day to day clinical product support in theatres.
* Management of strategic relationships at procurement, directorate and STTP level within the region
* Travel and attend to marketing events -UK and Abroad-as the Sales Director sees fit. This may also include cadaver laboratory courses.
* Report sales/business activity to the Sales Director at least once per calendar month in a format to be determined by the company and assist the Company in forecasting sales
* Maintain a high professional standard when dealing with customers and colleagues
* Attend all training courses and sales meetings when requested to do so.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Surgical sales experience; Minimally invasive surgery within the upper /lower GI, gynaecology, urology and HPB
* 2 + Years of successful medical device territory management
* Experience of managing existing accounts and driving new business
* Entrepreneurial mindset
