A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Practice Manager to join a brand new, fully PVT practice located in Northampton.

Start date - January/February 2022.

This role is to work full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

This practice pride themselves on patient first philosophy along with the vison of happy team happy practice. The practice has been fitted with the most up-to-date equipment and software in order to provide the products, knowledge and skills necessary to offer patients dentistry tailored specifically to their personal needs and circumstances. They are looking for a manager with strong people management skills, communication skills and the enthusiasm and motivation to drive the practice forward.

As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving your practices performance by delivering set objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost management. You will recruit, retain and directly manage a team of professional self-employed Clinicians plus the employed support staff of Nurses, Receptionists and Cleaners.
A Practice Manager is responsible for audit and financial processes which must be completed to company and regulatory standards along with using social media to help market the Practice, build a local network and increase patient referrals.

What your duties include:
• Managing, leading, and developing all support functions of the practice to ensure a continuous high level of customer care.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients, and senior management.
• Help with recruitment, provide HR support, and promote wellbeing.
• Attend management and staff meetings.
• Respond to all customer concerns and complaints.
• Assist the Finance Administrator to provide financial management.
• Coordinate maintenance & repair of the premises.
• Oversee Health & Safety of staff and patients.

You will receive support from senior management.

Salary is dependent on experience and to be discussed further at interview stage. They are looking between £25 - £27k.

A minimum of 2 years Dental Management experience is required for this role.
