Territory Sales Manager Job- Ultrasound Capital Equipment - South West England / Wales

Do you have experience as a physiotherapist, podiatrist, worked in MSK or have worked as a medical professional that has used ultrasound / point of care testing equipment? You may have already moved into medical sales or have a keen commercial acumen and desire to do so? If so, we could have the perfect role for you!

Prospect Health are working with a family focussed specialist Medical device business who has an outstanding range of equipment and proven history of selling capital ultrasound equipment into the healthcare setting, both NHS and private clinic setting.

In this role you will be leading sales and local educational activities for new and existing users of our diagnostic ultrasound systems. Delivering full territory sales to your region and develop new business, expand current accounts and deliver to the companies commercial targets.

The company works closely with expert medical professionals and facilities to integrate innovative portable ultrasound technology, while delivering accredited training to the end users.
The equipment is used across a range of medical environments including hospitals, specialist departments, point of care, imaging, acute care and physiotherapists.

This specialist ultrasound equipment is used in multiple disciplines for diagnosis, assessment and rehabilitation within the MSK and acute Point of Care (POC) ultrasound and clinical areas.

Candidates looking to be considered will require direct ultrasound experience, via territory sales or clinical delivery.

Key Duties

Full territory delivery and business strategy delivery across your defined territory.

* Direct sales of leading ultrasound capital equipment
* Promotion of courses to generate sales
* Manage customer base
* Manage customer relationships
* Run trials and demonstrations
* Attend conferences
* Support local educational event

Package and Benefits

* £35 - £35k Basic Salary

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements

Experience required:

* Previous sales experience in Point of care, imaging, acute care devices and/or
* Clinical experience in Point of care, imaging, acute care, ultrasound
* Physiotherapy, sports science, critical care, palliative care, sports athlete considered
* Two years capital sales experience an advantage


* Degree level education in an appropriate speciality
* Driving licence

Technical skills:

* Microsoft office skills
* Understanding sales process and sales negotiations
* Ability to integrate with medical device technology and enjoys working with medical devices

Personal skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional demeanour and behaviour relevant to healthcare sector
