We are looking for an Optometrist on behalf of our client's high-end independent practice based near Bradford-on-Avon in a highly exciting and rare opportunity with option for Partnership.

The successful candidate will join one of the most established and renowned independently owned practices in the area, working closely alongside the practice owner to continue their on-going success.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be interested in entering as a Partner - with flexible stakes available from 10%-50% depending upon what you're comfortable with.

There is no upfront cost to this, so you will not have to take out a loan to own your own business in an exceptionally unique opportunity.

This is a clinical practice where you will enjoy the benefit of flexible testing times in a low-pressure working environment with a highly established patient base.

On offer is a market-leading package including a fully negotiable basic salary depending upon experience, profit share, all professional fees paid and negotiable wider benefits which could include company car alongside one long weekend off a month.

Key Duties

* Full-time role working Monday-Saturday with a shorter day on Saturdays
* 1 long weekend a month where you will work Monday-Thursday and have Friday, Saturday & Sunday off
* Flexible testing times up to 35 minutes, enabling exceptional high quality patient care
* Opportunity to introduce specialist clinics of your liking and clinical skill set - superb levels of professional freedom and autonomy
* The business has a loyal patient base allowing a less sales driven, pressure free environment
* No targets or KPI's
* Believe in running an opticians that builds close relationships with patients and staff to achieve a more long term goal
* A highly supportive, experienced team will be at your disposable at all times allowing you to better concentrate on the needs of your patients with ease and confidence and be able to feel confident in professionalism of the colleagues around
* Opportunity for flexible partnership up to 50% stake

Package and Benefits

* Very competitive salary between £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

* Fully registered with the GOC as an Optometrist
