Average earnings £85,000. UDA rates negotiable dependant upon skills, postgraduate qualifications and experience.
PLUS Earn a £3,000 bonus when joining this practice.

We can show you that with good interpersonal skills and understanding, the NHS service will allow you to practice all your skills to the best of your ability and that you will achieve a healthy income. We expect that at least 25% of your earnings will come from private upgrades.
ADP Dental has a large clinical family within our 120 practices and representatives from many nations each possessing different and diverse skills. When you need support and guidance, we will be able to provide it.
Every practice has a Practice Manager to help the team with administration and policies.
Each practice is part of an Area and each Area has a senior, Area Clinical Manager; an experienced practising dentist who will guide you through your career and keep you on track to success. We also have a training system that will guide you through the initial induction, enable you to practice effective NHS and private dentistry and mentor your development. We have an internet based ADP Dental Academy and a wealth of development resources.
Providing comprehensive dental care to registered patients, you will be the public face of the business. Building positive relationships, assessing treatment options, agreeing the way ahead and marketing services should be second nature to you.
Needless to say, you are a qualified, registered and experienced dentist with a very flexible approach and you are looking for more autonomy and a considerably higher profile with a market leader.
We would expect you to have,
2 years post qualification experience
Preferably 2 years NHS experience
Ideally a UK Performer Number
GDC registration
DoH approved language exam (if applicable)
Hep b immunity status
We also welcome applications from non-UK based dentists that have,
2 years post qualification experience
GDC registration
DoH approved language exam
Hep b immunity status
6 months VT experience (IQE & ORE dentists)
In return we will offer you a competitive salary with the opportunity to supplement your earnings by at least 25% generated from private income.
A full induction is conducted by a Clinical Advisor and on-going support with your continuous professional development.
