Dentistry & Dental Practice Manager Jobs in Stafford, Staffordshire. Zest Medical Dental Recruitment working in partnership with this established dental practice is seeking to recruit a Practice Manager for a full time maternity cover vacancy.
Located in the centre of Stafford this house practice offers family dental treatments to a predominately NHS patient base. The position is officially available from February but the ideal candidate will be required earlier than this in order to shadow the existing Practice Manager. The position will be available for an initial period of 6 months
The practice is seeking an enthusiastic and effective organiser to lead and motivate the practice support team in the achievement of the practice business plan. As well as providing administrative advice and support to the practice, you will act as the main liaison with the companies Head Office, and play a leading role in the development of the practice for the period of the contract.
As a key member of the practice team, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being customer focused, financially aware, and used to juggling many priorities.
