RMN – New Low Secure Rehabilitation Centre
ORGANISATION
My client, a leader in the field of Mental Health, is about to open a new mental health facility in West Wales and is looking for a number of Mental Health Nurses to start in January 09 when the Hospital opens. The centre will be a unique 16-bed facility with a strong emphasis on therapeutic intervention. The aim of the rehab unit will be to assist with patient recovery in order to facilitate returning to the community. The Hospital will be a locked facility with both Male and Female patients.
ROLE / PERSON
The successful individual will be a Qualified RMN. Ideally, you will have experience working in Mental Health and experience within a forensic/secure environment would be desirable; however mental health nurses from other specialties and also newly qualified mental health nurses will be considered. There will also be some senior nursing roles available, so applications from senior nurses with experience of managing/mentoring other nurses are welcome.

REMUNERATION & PACKAGE
· Salary for an experienced RMN will be £26,700
· 35 Days Holiday inclusive of bank holidays
