Care of Older Persons Staff Nurse:
Requirments:
o Registered or eligible for NMC registration
o 1 years post qualification experience ideally
o Competence in intravenous drug administration
o Experience co-ordinating ward activities and delegating appropriately
o Deliver care in accordance with current ward philosophy
o Mentor new staff, HCA’s and other members of MDT when needed.
My client is offering:
o NHS rates
o Retention Bonus of ?1000 after 1 year with an additional ?697 each Feb, plus ?3500 for nurses in specialist areas after 2 years of service.
