Treatment Enquiry Advisor HTW0036
As Treatment Enquiry Advisor you will communicate effectively, positively and professionally with potential patients and their relatives, to help them make an informed decision about having treatment at Spire Hartswood Hospital. You will work closely with hospital colleagues, consultants and medical secretaries to ensure that sales opportunities are maximised through excellent customer service and pro-active communications.
Developing an excellent working knowledge of the services on offer by the hospital, you will provide information on procedures and prices including operations, physiotherapy and imaging services. In addition to this you'll attend occasional customer information events to promote the hospital’s services which may require work outside of your normal working hours.
What we're looking for:
You must be able to demonstrate previous success in a service or sales role, and will have an empathy with the private medical service lines offered by the hospital, including cosmetic surgery. They will be self-motivated, have a desire for achievement and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
