The role: You will be required to supervise and motivate the care team, therefore some supervisory experience would be required. • Administration of medication • ensuring that our residents receive appropriate nursing care to a high standard • undertaking relevant administrative duties to comply with home and CSCI requirements, eg. Care planning and risk assessments etc. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary around £24,000 depending on experience and also given the option to work extra shifts to earn overtime.
