Job Code :	Home Manager - Arundel, West Sussex	Job Description: Job Title: Home Manager Location: Arundel, West Sussex Salary: £27000 per year Smartfish Medical is currently recruiting a Care Home Manager for a Care Home based in Arundel, West Sussex. This care home hold 12 beds for patients with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour. The ideal candidate: - Would have good managerial experience. - Have NVQ4, RMA and RNLD qualifications. - Valid NMC Pin Number. - Clear CRB (Criminal Records Bureau Check) - Knowledge of CSCI Regulations (National Care Standards), an advantage but not essential. - Must be keen and motivated to provide a good quality of management for staff and service users, following the company's guidelines. The home has an good CSCI rating and is looking to recruit immediately.
