Job Code :	Home Manager - Durham - DARLINGTON	Position: Home Manager Location: Durham - DARLINGTON Start Date: asap Hours: Full Time Salary: £35000 Job Description: A reputable healthcare company is currently seeking experienced qualified Nursing Home Manager for one of it homes in Darlington Durham. This home cares for around 60 residents, and provides nursing care for those with dementia and the elderly frail.; The ideal candidate will have an RMN nursing qualification, experience and knowledge of dementia care and dementia mapping is essential. Or RGN with extensive dementia and EMI experience A strong manager with at least 2 years experience as a manager within a nursing home environment (with qualifications such as NVQ 4/RMA being a distinct advantage), and a good recent working knowledge of CSCI legislation. In return, the company can offer excellent working conditions, on-going training and support, a competitive basic salary + bonus and realistic opportunities for significant progression.
