We are actively recruiting OPTOMETRISTS for all UK regions. Candidate must have a recognised qualification in Optometry, Customer service experience, Excellent interpersonal skills – courteous, informative and warm
The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, listening, spoken, written.
he/She must possess strong organisational skills with efficient administration abilities and be motivated and tenacious, with drive to succeed.
Have the ability to be self-managed with a strong work ethic and be apt at decision making and problem solving. The role wil involve spending time in the field testing patients who have range of different needs, and are unable to attend a high street optician whilst demonstrating a strong commercial awareness.
The right candidate will develop skills and capabilities of the team, treat all care home staff, residents and colleagues with empathy, respect and warmth and demonstrate clarity when discussing results of eye examinations with managers
