Job Code :	Physiotherapist - Case Managers	Physiotherapist Case Manager Role. Required for roles within Hampshire area, looking to work with a skilled team, in the Co-ordination of treatment and patient liaison. To work with a wide range of clients including organisation’s, insurance companies and legal practises Physiotherapist will be responsible for liaising with all interested parties prior to commencing any rehabilitation. The service is designed to manage the treatment of patients from the time they leave hospital to their successful re-introduction to the workplace working with the therapeutic specialists direct and monitoring the clinical developments of the case ensuring the clinical objectives are met at all times.
