Job Code :	Care Manager- Southbourne	Position: Care Manager- Southbourne Location: Dorset - Southbourne Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full Time Salary: £25000 - £27000 Smartfish Medical is currently recruiting a Care Home Manager for a Care Home based in Southbourne, Dorset. This care home holds 32 beds for elderly and frail. It is however looking to recruit a manager with Dementia background who can help convert the home to both elderly and dementia. The ideal candidate: - Would have good managerial experience. - Have NVQ4 and RMA qualifications. - Valid NMC Pin Number. - Clear CRB (Criminal Records Bureau Check) - Knowledge of CSCI Regulations (National Care Standards), an advantage but not essential. - Must be keen and motivated to provide a good quality of management for staff and service users, following the company's guidelines. - Have good Dementia background The home is looking to recruit immediately.
