Job Code :	Lead Scrub Nurse	Job Description: Working for a private hospital in South London. The right candidate MUST have UK theatre experience and by NMC registered. Previous experience within a senior scrub position is highly desirable. Able to work on a rota basis to include on call. PERSON SPECIFICATION 1. To have an in depth knowledge of related professional issues. 2. To have the relevant surgical experience for the role. 3. To have good communication skills (inc. verbal, written, non-verbal) 4. To have the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team. 5. To have evidence of good interpersonal skills. 6. To have a desire for knowledge coupled with an awareness of ones own limitations. 7. To have evidence of continuing professional development 8.
