Job Code :	Recruitment Consultant	Medical Recruitment Specialists are market leaders in the provision of recruitment services to public and private Healthcare organisations. Due to continued growth we currently have an opening for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Tonbridge, Kent. As a member of our Healthcare recruitment team you will be involved in: •The continuous management of important client accounts. •Ongoing business development and the forging of new client contacts. •Taking responsibility for the sourcing, screening, selecting and placing of Healthcare professionals with companies throughout the UK. •Interviewing and matching suitable candidates to client requirements. •Attending trade shows. •Continuous marketing, advertising for requirements and building the MRS brand. Previous experience in either a business to business or sales environment is required for this role as you will be expected to work to deadlines and meet pre-ordained targets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under your own initiative are definate requirements, previous experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential as support will be provided initially.
