Regional Role – Depending on the location of the candidate, you will cover areas such as Lancashire, Merseyside & Yorkshire.
Circa £38,000 - £42,000 + superb bonus + Excellent Company Benefits Package
My client is a large national provider of specialist care within various care settings and a mixture of service user types including Elderly, learning disabilities, mental health problems, physical disabilities and dementia etc.
My client is looking for a forward thinking experienced RGN/RMN who will implement commercially viable new services and drive initiatives to expand their operations. This role will include researching the marketplace and collating data, acting as a Customer Relationship Manager for Local Authority and PCT clients, preparing tender documentation and accreditations to ensure the company secure major assignments.
Must have evidence of continuing development and have knowledge of the standards set via CSCI. Commercial awareness, the ability to problem solve and writing reports is desired.
You must be confident in negotiating contract and closing sales, familiar with public sector purchasing professionals and have a sound knowledge of developments in the health and social care marketplace. Ideally you will have a formal business qualification and a relevant degree (DipSW, nursing or mental health).
