Job Code :	Home Manager (Penrith)	My client requires a Manager to run a well established Residential Home in Penrith, Cumbria. The home services the elderly. The applicant must have a proven track record in management in a Residential Home setting, Dementia Care awareness and experience is also beneficial. NVQ 4 / RMA and equivalent management qualifications are desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full running of the home.
