Job Code :	BM/COL/210708/02	Manager of Early Services AH/BM/COL/210708/02 Kildare D.O.E REF: BM/COL/210708/02 An experienced professional is sought for the management and development of a range of programmes for children from 0-6 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment with the support of a worldwide organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience with intellectual and learning disability and will be passionate about helping clients achieve their life goals as well as guiding and supporting carers and families. Responsibilities: • Leadership and implementation of early services programmes • Development and leadership of high performing team • Build excellent relationships across related teams • Liase with families to ensure optimal communication Requirements: • Relevant professional healthcare or educational qualification i.e. Nursing qualification, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Care • Have a recognized management qualification, preferably to degree/diploma level • Demonstrate a knowledge of early childhood development • Experience within the area of Intellectual Disability a considerable advantage • Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience in a management position in the area of healthcare or education provision.
