Our client is the European division of a $2bn US company. In the past 20 years they have transformed the needs driven sector in which they operate. The company has the highest operational standards and a passionate commitment to their customers’ quality of life. As part of their continued growth we have been retained to identify a new general manager.
You will assume full responsibility for the P&L and operational commissioning of a new purpose built business unit. This will include recruitment and development of a first class team, leading revenue growth and managing multiple and often competing agendas.
Probably with a B2C background in retail, healthcare or hospitality you will have a passion for the highest standards of customer service. Proven sales, financial and team management skills are essential together with self reliance and respect for others. The company’s benchmark standards must be delivered without compromise. The mission and margin stretch of the role is very great but the job satisfaction is enormous.
