Job Code :	General Manager (JR1085)	General Manager Hertfordshire £70,000 package Our client is a leading provider of nursing care in the private pay market. They are growing at a tremendous rate and need to recruit an outstandingly experienced nurse manager for one of their largest multi-site homes. You will be an experienced nurse with an outstanding track record in business development and clinical management. You must be fully conversant with the care standards act and the inspirational leadership of others. The ability to establish credibility quickly and without rancour is vital. The work is often away from home and unpredictable. If you find this exciting then this is the perfect role as you will largely self manage and have a great deal of visibility within the wider group.
