Your responsibilities
Spire Alexandra Hospital requires a Specialist Physiotherapist to add to their well resourced and supportive Physiotherapy department. The successful applicant will provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice for our wide range of patients. As a well experienced specialist, you will competently assess and diagnose the patient's condition using sound clinical reasoning. You will then choose appropriate treatment from a range of options to meet treatment objectives and improve the patients wellbeing. You will be able to explain clearly to patients how they can positively contribute to their treatment plan.
What we're looking for:
• BSC Physiotherapy essential, with full HPC and CSP registration. Further MSC qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 2-3 years at senior level
• PC literate
• A special interest in Shoulder or Hip would be welcome to boost the teams various specialities
• Additional previous experience in Women’s Health and/or Orthopaedics would be as welcome, as would experience of treatment techniques such as Pilates and Acupuncture
• An 'On Call' rota participation is a requirement of the post.
