We are looking to recruit a Manager for a Nursing Home based in Blackburn for our client who prides itself in the delivery of high quality of care.
This exciting role is to promote a caring environment for clients through the provision of high standards of professional practice, which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the clients, also to ensure the smooth running of the business.

The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of 1 years management experience in an elderly or dementia care setting. You will need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and determined to succeed.
The successful candidate will also have the RGN or RMN qualification along with NVQ4/RMA (desirable). You will have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards along with a full valid work permit.
