Job Code : Care assistants Advantage Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of healthcare staffing solutions, is currently recruiting experienced care assistants to work in a variety of care homes across the Colchester and surrounding areas.

The duties of the role will include providing residents with various levels of personal care and support such as, washing, dressing and giving assistance at meal times.

Full and part time positions are available, as well as a variety of shifts and working hours, including earlies, lates, days and nights. We also offer ongoing training opportunities and excellent rates of weekly and holiday pay.
