Job Code :	Deputy Home Manager	Deputy Home Manager (Full Time) Salary: £25-27K per annum (40 hours per week) We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager, to join the team at The Elms Nursing Home in Redhill, Surrrey, that cares for service users who are elderly frail and elderly with dementia. Responsible to the Registered Manager, candidates must be a qualified RGN or RGN/RMN and be NMC registered. Must hold or be studying NVQ Level 4 and or working towards RMA. Applicants must also have at least 2 years management experience working within a nursing/care home setting Sound knowledge of supervising/deputising skills in the area of medical/care of the elderly is essential. Main duties include responsibility for the day to day running of the home, to oversee/maintain high standard of care to clients and to ensure that all Group Policies and Procedures and all legal requirements, are adhered to within the defined timescales. Successful candidate are required for Enhanced Disclosure and satisfactory references
