They are looking to appoint a Business Manager
The job purpose is to achieve the budgeted net operating profit for your area of responsibility/business for effective leadership and development of staff, whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the Divisions long term vision and business goals.
You will provide management direction, support and cover for the branch
-Achieve activity and budget targets
-Standardise good practice throughout branch teams
-Adherence to policies and procedures
-Compliance and quality standards
-Organisation of work within the office
-Staff Recruitment
-External relationships, e.g. Social Services
-Develop team working and ensure staff fulfil job role
-Business development
-Branch management
-Financial Management
-Provide service provision
-Quality assurance
My client is looking for someone who has been in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, ideally you will hold NVQ level 4 care qualification and be familiar with Domiciliary care procedures.
