Job Code :	AA07070810	Our client is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work in their Older Peoples team in West London. The Successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years post qualifying experience and be up to date with current legislation. The role will include the following: ? Assessing service users needs under Fair Access to Care Services ? Arranging care packages, residential placements, extra care sheltered placements ? Reviewing care packages and residential placements ? Adult protection cases ? Carer's assessments ? Duty work ? Multi disciplinary work ?
