Home Manager - West Yorkshire
Home Manager required for a medium sized purpose built Nursing and Residential homes in West Yorkshire,(Vacancies in and around Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and more) providing care for the elderly(Nursing and Residential settings).
The candidate for this role MUST have some prior experience of managing a Care home as this is a difficult, challenging home with occupancy the main challenge therefore the right candidate is critical.
JOB PURPOSE: To take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Care home and the general well-being of Clients and Staff Members. To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous management / supervisory experience
Registered Manager’s Award (achieved / working towards), or equivalent qualification
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group.
