Operations Manager (LD / MH) North West.
I am looking to recruit a high acheiving Operations Manager with a proven, stable and successful track record in Learning Disability Home Management to oversee the running of 7-9 homes in the North West of England.
The ideal candidate will have a nursing background and have a strong awareness and understanding of multi-site management. Most importantly it is critical to be able to combine strong people and care management skills with business acumen.
As well as working for a well respected care organisation, you will benefit from a Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 starting salary + a fantastic company benefits package including:
