Job Code :	Support Worker - Cardiff	Support Worker (SPW) - Cardiff NorthStar Healthcare is currently seeking Support Workers to work within the Cardiff area. To work as a team member in partnership with the team leader, deputies and senior care workers. To facilitate learning, care and welfare in a variety of different environments. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • To participate in the delivery of agreed Care programmes through small group or individual work. • Carry out domestic duties as required • Assist young people with their daily independent living skills. • Where necessary assist people with personal care. • Read and write appropriate reports and reviews as required • Welcome families and visitors to the care facility. This is an agency position. We offer excellent rates of pay ranging from £6.50 /hr to £8.00/hr plus annual holiday pay. Here is your chance to work flexible hours to suite, as we have many different shift patterns available covering days/nights and half shifts.
