Job Code :	Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Bristol.	Registered General Nurse (RGN). To assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. The administering of medication is also required. NorthStar Healthcare is currently looking for nurses of all grades to work within the Bristol area. It is important that you possess good leadership and communication skills and the ability to support and develop staff. This is an agency position. We offer excellent rates of pay ranging from £12.50/hr to £14.00/hr plus annual holiday pay. Here is your chance to work flexible hours to suite, as we have many different shift patterns available covering days/nights and half shifts.
