Healthcare Recruitment consultant-Supervisor.
NorthStar Healthcare Ltd is a specialist recruitment consultancy placing candidates into temporary and permanent vacancies within healthcare and the social care sector.
Due to continued expansion we are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant to join our Bristol team.
Working within the Temporary Recruitment team you will be responsible for placing nurses and social care workers into temporary and contract roles.
You should be competent at developing new business by canvassing and visiting potential new Clients to outline the professional services you are able to supply
This is a fast paced role where you will undertake a range of duties, to include interviewing and selection of new candidates, matching skills, visiting clients, working to deadlines and ensuring a high level of customer care to both candidates and clients.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Candidates must have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work as part of a busy team.
Salary Range £20,000 / £25,000 per annum depending on experience, plus on target bonus incentive.
