Managing Director - UK
A Managing Director is required for a large, successful Care group providing the highest standards of Care to the Mental Health, Physical Disabilities and Learning Disabilities client groups in a variety of Nursing, Residential and Supported Housing settings across the UK.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the continued development of the business. Meeting and exceeding internal targets set by the board and external targets imposed by regulatory bodies and external stakeholders. Understanding of Financial, Marketing, Quality of Care and Regulatory Awareness are all imperative to being successful in this role.
You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record of Success at Senior Management Level and be able illustrate your ability to lead people towards strategic goals based around Service Development/Expansion and, Increasing Profits.
