Job Code :	Senior Sister/Charge Nurse-Critical Care (AICU	Job Title: Senior Sister/Charge Nurse - Critical Care (AICU) Main Area: Adult Intensive Care Unit (AICU) Location: London Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £42,000 p.a. Hours: Full Time Job Ref: T0050/1464 We are currently seeking a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse who will be based in the Adult Intensive Care Unit (AICU) for our fully private clients based in London. He/She will be responsible for the provision of a Clinical and Management role within AICU/HDU. This will require the effective management, organisation and delivery of high quality nursing care/clinical leadership of the nursing team. Candidates must be a RGN and have an ENB 100 or equivalent, ENB 998 or equivalent. Minimum of five years experience in a G grade position or equivalent in an adult ICU (Level 3), Clinical knowledge and experience of adult medical and surgical intensive care nursing. Experience of implementing research and audits of care, understanding of risk management, a proven record of managing change, an ability to negotiate and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and excellent organisational skills will also be required.
