Home Manager required for a medium sized purpose built care home providing care for vulnerable people.
The candidate for this role MUST have some prior experience of managing a Care home as this is a difficult, challenging home with occupancy the main challenge therefore the right candidate is critical.
JOB PURPOSE: To take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Care home and the general well-being of Clients and Staff Members. To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous management / supervisory experience Registered Manager's Award (achieved / working towards), or equivalent qualification Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group.
