Job Code :	Physiotherapist - St Peters Hospital Chertsey	Hospital At Home (Acute) service: Based across St Peters Hospital (Chertsey) and the West Middlesex University Hospital Bank work is also avaliable. Working with the MediHome Team based at the Hospital, you will treat a specialist caseload of NHS patients who remain under the care of their consultant but return home within a few days of their operations to receive care from MediHome physiotherapists and nurses. Ideally you should have 3 years postgraduate experience which should include NHS inpatient, outpatient and community based settings. You will also have experience working successfully as part of a multidisciplinary team. Access to well established clinical and peer supervision as well as in-service training will be available. A driving license is essential as you will be required to travel to care for patients in their homes. Please note that only candidates with EU work authorisation will be considered.
