I am looking to find a talented Manager with a proven, stable and successful track record in Elderly Home Management to oversee the running of 10-15 homes in the Birmingham, West Midlands area. The ideal candidate will have a nursing background and have a good awareness of multi-site management. Most importantly it is critical to be able to combine strong people and care management skills with business acumen.
