The role entails the supporting the home manager in the management of a medium sized Elderly Nursing Home. The role needs the candidate to be the clinical lead and also be responsible for running the care team. Awareness and experience of rotas, people management and the ability to communicate efficiently are key aspects to the role. The candidate needs to be a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
